Finally saying hello!
Hello!
Been a lurker for awhile, and finally decided to post. We bought a used Expedition back in November 2006 as a winter vehicle. Our 1990 Mustang GT vert' does not take too well to snow! Our daughter uses the Windstar for every day transport and we needed another vehicle. This Expedition was a lucky purchase for us. It was a hi-milage vehicle and for the price, I thought it was a Lousiania vehicle. Come to find out, it was in very good shape and the dealer made a $1,500 advertising mistake! We drove it off the lot at the advertised price. Since then we have put tires on it, Yokohama Geolanders and they have performed very well off road. The Expedition is a very good truck, maybe the best one I have ever owned (4 previous). Even my brother thought it was as good or better than his 2005 Tahoe for ride and off-road ability.
Anyway, I have a website with pictures of my Mustang and the other vehicles at http://wqred50.home.comcast.net if anyone is interested. I will be participating in the forums as I work on my own vehicles and there are some projects I wil be taking on with my new found treasure!

BTY - if anyone is curious, my handle is from the Mustang sites I visit and stands for "Wicked Quick Red 5.0". Maybe some day my Expidition will be just a quick....... NOT!
