Best way (unless someone pops in here and tells you) is to remove both and look at two things. The way they mount and the rear connectors. I 'believe' that they are compatable, but the best test is to look. Don't worry about if left spk is same on both. If the connectors are the same, all the wiring is okay.

A 2003 f-150 and 2005 f-250 have completely different radio shapes/sizes. It would take a considerable amount of fabrication and modification to get them to fit. They also probably have different wiring connectors.
