steering issue

When I am going highway speeds and hit bumps in road it feels like the front wheels are wobbling all over. I replaced the stabilizer with a pro comp and that didnt solve the problem. It has 50k on it and its a 4x4 2000. any more ideas???

I installed a Fabtech dual steering stabilizer and had the dealer tighten my steering box twice, it helped a little bit??

Check and make sure the bolt on the driver side was not installed with threads facing forward. The extended end of the bolt will rub directly on the bushing of the drag link when the wheel is turned. It takes out the bushing causing sloppiness and wandering

Jack it up and check your ball joints. Check your drag link and tie rods for excessive play, too.

Ive been following the steering box posts and I dont think that I have that issue yet. Theres not much play in the wheel, maybe only an inch before it reacts. The front end is also quiet over bumps, no clunks or rattles that other guys explain hearing. Is this sloppyness over bumps a normal problem?

No you hear any squeeking noice. I would jack it up and check all the hardware under the front end. This is not normal and could lead to more problems if not fixed. Are you pulling to either side?
