1987 or 1990????
What your opinions. I have 2 F-350 crew cab diesel duallies, and only need one. I have a 1990 with a newer Jasper engine that I had installed in 2001 or so. I have a 1987 that also has a jasper rebuilt motor installed before I bought it, but.... it has a banks sidewinder turbo, gear venders under/overdrive, and an exhaust brake and i had the C-6 rebuilt with the parts the trans guy on this sight recomended. The 1987 smokes when it first starts more than the 1990 does and that concerns me a little. I thought about switching motors, but $$$$ would be more than it's worth?? Which one would you'll keep and how much can I expect to get out of the one I sell? Thanks and God Bless

What does the 90 have for a tranny?
If that 87 was 4x4 and one year older, I would be right there.
In my opinion I like the 6.9 engine better than the 7.3.
Having a turbo on it makes it even better.
And the Gear Vendors makes it even better.
