straight axle conversion?

i have a 96 f150 and i want to put a solid axle under it, i was wondering if any one could give me any info about it, is there any conversion kits or is it easy to do yourself? i have a 79 f150 that i wanna pull the diff out, so i have all the brakets and parts, will they bolt on to my 96.

take all brackets of with straight axle, mainly radius arm brakets. the back hole on braket will line up with front transmission crossmber mounting hole. perfect alignment. you can also remove coil spring buckets on 96 and mount 2x2 steel tubing to bottom of them, remount by drilling new holes and gain 2 inches with factory 96 springs ior go all out and buy lift coils. you must lenthen track bar several inches and fabracate new mountbeside coil spring bucket. ive used 3 in. channel .25 thick, it holds up very well. the drag link off of straight axle will work, but the tie rod from wheel to steering box either needs cut down or use steering rod off of ford ranger. fits perfect. also drop steering arm will be needed.
