How to remove rear bumper?

What is the correct procedure to do it, to remove bumper and enfrcrement?

On my extended length van, there are two mounting points with 4 bolts on each. You remove those bolts from the front face of the mounting points, and pull the bumper and the side extensions off together. I don't recal there being any additional reinforcements. Maybe the shorties are different.

Thanks! It seems to me enforcment is bent and that's why it is difficult to remove
