Since it's a F250 it has bigger calipers, and unless you want to grind them down some you would need 16" rims. 15" wheels won't fit.
IF it's a lowboy(77.5-79), then 33s would be max.
IF it's a highboy then you can fit 35s and they won't rub at all when turning and bouncing off road.

He wouldnt need to grind his calipers...if they are still stock then yes, but if they've been replaced that may have been with a smaller set...or they could be after market like Willwoods. He could even replace them with a set as well if he wanted to fit 15s.
