Frame Rail Widths
Does anyone know if the frame rail widths are the same on a (2)two and a (4)four wheel drive 1977 F-250?
I need to locate a new bed and seem to be finding only two wheel drive beds that are in decent shape.

From 1973 to 19771/2 F 250 4x4 frame width was 34" rail to rail with bolt holes 3" closer together.2WD were 371/2" rail to rail. So if you have a 77 with divorced transfer case it will be 34" to 34" rail. cybeast sorry rail to rail
