Just curious

I see some 06 F2504X4PS's with the rear sticker that say's 4X4 and some say FX4 is there a difference?

Yes the biggest difference being the FX4 comes with rancho shocks

Junky rancho shocks, and skidplates are the only difference.

The Fx4 option has Rancho branded shocks, and skidplates. (pre 2008 trucks). I think it required a limited slip option and white outline tires, I'm not sure.

Other than the Rancho shocks, the other things could be bought without the Fx4 option. There was no difference in suspension/ride height/ etc.
