What causes the P1249 code?

What causes the P1249 code?
I get this code with my programmer on 100hp. is there anything I can do to solve this. What causes this issue? What does this code mean?

That is the waistegate failing a steady state test, the wires from the connector on the WG solenoid could have a short or there could be a leak in the red or green line or solenoid itself.

The 1211 means the tuner is calling for more oil than the HPOP can deliver

is it fairly common to have these codes when a tuner is added? I get these constantly on my 2002 f-350.
