Front driveline/Transfercase question
I have an 86 4x4 ranger with the 2.9 and automatic. Recently I was checking out my u-joints and such when I noticed something that bothers me. When I grab the front driveshaft and push up on it, there is a lot of slop where it slides into the transfer case. It moves around like the shaft is way too small for the hole. Is this normal for the rangers to be a bit loose or am I in trouble?
