BMARK, I have kind of notice mine does that too. If it's doing what you say yours is doing. If I stop at a red light or somewhere like that it feels like my bronco is kind of bouncing up and down ever so slightly. Nothing major! I can barely tell that the engine RPM's are going up and done a little!!!!!!! It doesn't do it all the time but every now and then I can feel it.

You may have a few things going on here. Try running the higher grade of gas and/or some Fuel Injection Cleaner ask the man at the shop or parts house what he uses. Another thing may be the O2 sensor. They are supposed to be replaced about every 60K. The MAP sensor may also be the problem. Last and most likely is the Idel Air Control Valve. Go to your local Ford Dealer and get a gasket for it and then go to the parts house and geet some "Throtle Body and Air Intake Cleaner" it works the best and clean the valve and its passage in the intake. Put it back together and while you are in that area check all of the vacume lines. This most times will fix the problem. Good luck.
