couple questions

hi all, I have recently replaced the 5.0 in my 1994 F150 4X4, and since then the check engine light has been coming on. The codes are 636- transmission oil temp sensor and 122- throttle position sensor below voltage. There was no codes or lights before the swap. (the old engine had a bad wrist pin) The truck was only down for 4 days during the swap. Could a bad ground cause any of this. Any help would be great as i am at my whits end.

I finally got around to checking the voltage today. It is at 4.97 volts(which i believe is close enough) but the code is still there. now i am thinking the tps is actually bad. Any thoughts?

A bad ground (SIG RET) at the TSP would make the voltage higher not lower.
Check your plugs and their pins from the TSP to the PCM, sounds like you may have an open or short to ground on the Gray wire with a white stripe (wire 355. going from pin #47 PCM to the TSP).
