You shouldn't have a problem. The two tongue weights were a concern just in case you had a Negative effect from the boat. The reason you keep the lighter one to the rear is to prevent fish-tailing, or, worse...jackknifing
UPDATE! well i recieved and e-mail from the senior motor carrier agent at modot! they say you can legally tow your boat behind camper if your overall length does not exceed 65 feet , overall length is from the front of your truck to the rear of the last thing you are towing!not good for me im at 70 feet!what to do now? buy another truck sell my boat,store my boat at one lake only?just a little fyi! :-(
well good idea! we wanted to try different lakes.we always went to mark twain lake.were my neighbors mom has property an i could leave the boat and camper up there.pull camper early in season and then take the boat when it got warmer!then left them there.
