new headlights and fadding rubber
I am looking to get new headlights for my 97 expedition xlt. I hate the yellow fadding and I am weary about spending 15 dollars on a kit that may not produce the results I want. Any suggestions on aftermarket lighing install? do you like the look of halo projectors(that where I heading). Also the black door rubber trim is fading horrible to almost a whitish color. I know this is always discussed but is there anythingI could do to make them shine black again. thanks for the help this is one of the most helpful forums I have found on the Internet.

Personally i think if you have the money just buy a new set of Lamps. They are all over the place on Ebay and are relatively cheap. You could probably find a set for $50 if you look hard. When I bought my truck i hated the way the original FoMoCo lenses were all yellow and hazed. For $79 I got a pair of Lightning headlamps and I am extremely satisifed.
