Might you be talking about TSB 06-18-2? This one is for the side glass getting scratched due to warped outer window molding. Both my drivers side and passenger side are scracthing due to this. Now I have to figure out a time to have them fix it (and hopefully pay for the tint I have had done).

Do a search in the Super Duty forum on "scratched glass" and you should see a lot of talk on this.

Thanks Lonewolf and EB. I found what I needed. Window not scratched but beltline is starting to warp. Will take to dealer tomorrow.
