That's the more heavy duty one. That would be the one I have and the ones I'll buy for the truck when the factory ones get replaced. Hopefully not too soon though...
Thanks for the input. I checked into the Optima and they look good, expensive but good.( $200.00+ x2) However, when I asked my buddy who works on my truck, he checked into both. The answer from his Ford guys was Motorcraft...ahh...Super something Batts. 1090 cold cranking amps at 32 deg F. $95.00ea. ( his and my price) 36 months free exchange, 100 months prorate. ) The optima is not even close to that. Also the Optima does not come in a 36 series size so you have to have some kit to make them fit right. Oh well. Went with these killer Motorcraft Batts.
If you need the exact name I can get it. Just cannot remember right now.
Optimas are good and so are Delcos.
I put Delcos under our 2004 E-450 van when the originals failed, I said under because thats where the darn things go and its a pain in the posterior so I went with the Delcos which have worked well for me in the past.

Thanks again!!
I would have done the same thing. I didn't try fitting the Optima yet. They only run me ~$100 each if I remember correctly. If they were $200 each, I wouldn't have done it.
I put Optima Reds in my X late last summer. Got them off the net. No problems with cold starting (some mornings between 15-20°F) with my remote. It just cycled twice vice the normal once. I believe the difference between the Reds and Yellows is warranty. I believe the Yellows have a 1 year free replace and the reds have a 3 year free replace. IMHO, the Reds have plenty of capacity for the 6.0. Anyway the big thing I do not miss is the battery acid running down the side of the battery corroding the battery mounts. The only problem I had installing them is one of the passenger side battery terminals I had to bend a little to get it to fit but other then that I like um! I have them in everything including my boat. They are worth the extra $$$$$$$.
