Electronic Towing Brake Hook-up

I have a 2004 E-350 15 passenger van with a trailer towing package which I purchased used a couple months ago. It has the 6.0L diesel motor. I'm trying to hook up the electronic trailer brake device for towing but can't seem to find the wiring connection under the dash. Does any one know specifically where it is located? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I just hooked mine up on my 07 E350. The harness was located on the far left under the dash just above the emergency brake. It should have a square plug attached with 4 or 5 wires.
