turn signals
last night my turn signals and overhead console quit functioning. checked turn signal fuses they were fine. does anyone know what the two systems have in common are what the problem might be?

My 2000 does that only if the temps are below freezing, and only when I signal a left turn until it warms up under the hood. So far I have it kinda traced to a PCM programming problem, with no mechanical issues apparent.
