...you haven't met my new girlfriend!

...and I suggested Sunday for your slow trucks benefit. If you leave the lake at 3pm Saturday, you oughta be able to make a noonish meet in Columbia, right?

That all depends on how many times I have to stop to put CAC tubes back together. I could just duct tape them from the start and I'd be there in an hour.

Starting April 1st, I'm on 7 days! So, I may not be able to make it on a Sunday either, unless it's evening.

I have hired help, however, it's hard for me to just turn stuff over. All a restaurant needs is one case of food poisoning and you can kiss the place good bye. I don't intend for that to ever happen. Not to mention, I have had food poisoning from a restaurant. My whole family got it starting with my lil guy when he was only 13 months. I don't want that to EVER happen to anyone from my restaurant. I'm very picky about how my kitchen is run.

All right, I'll grant you that one. I'm pretty certain that you spent more on your last engine than I've spent on my truck. (Mine works just fine the way it is... )

Anyone else interested in a mid state meet?
