30 spline 60?

'78 f250 4x4 ranger. 30 spline dana 60 rear, right? When did they use a 35 spline?

I know they didn't have 35 spline rear 60's in 79 or older trucks. From what I've read, some of the rear dana 60's got 35 spline axles in the 80's, not sure exactly what year though.

NumberDummy, are you saying that 1975 is the first year of 35 spline axles in rear Dana 60's in an F250? Or is that in 2wd F350's with the rear 70's? Or is that some other application?
