You could shim the FPR to bump up the fuel pressure a bit.

You need to give as much info about the truck as possible so the others can help. There are a couple guys here that run big HP and can help you.

Beans Diesel Performance has a nice electric fuel system. I started out running it but needed more so i changed some stuff to keep up with my fuel demands.

the system can be pieced togethor or beans system which is a great setup

i have a electric system on my rig i use 2 superduty pumps mounted on the frame rail just behind the motor with -6 line running to the heads a 1/4"npt to -6 90deg, a aeromotive marine regulator set at 70psi. im running a dahl 150 filter with -10line from the sumped front tank and -10line to fuel pumps. i use a cheap holley pump that i got off ebay to transfer fuel from front tank to back and built a circuit board that will only allow to pump if theres fuel in the back and not full in the front.
that system is worked for 500hp.

you can run just one pump and set it in the holes in the frame just infront of the selector switch, if you want to prefilter i dont reccomend using the selector switch, you get too much vacuum through all that small line. get a y block to feed both heads, a little piece of angle aluminum for a bracket to bolt to the hpop housing. connect the supply and returns up and your good to go. i control my pumps off a fuel pressure switch on the side of the block above the oil filter, and have added a relay in the relay box.

it ends up running about $700 for all the parts if you single pump it and if you twin pump it you need the extra pump and some extra fuel line. up on the motor i ran braided stainless btw. i got alot of my parts off ebay i only paid about $100 for each pump

got anymore questions let me know

LUKE HOWDY!! hows the rig? scary fast yet?
