New Truck
Im going to be getting a 1987 F.150 extened cab, long bed 2wd, it has a carburated 351 in it, im not sure on what tranny it has because this is a long distance buy thing, id like to turn it into a street/strip truck, what tranny will a 460 mount up to, i bought this truck because the body was redone about 5 years ago and it was parked since 2002 til now, what can i expect in the gas mileage department, it will have new filter, cap, plugs, wires, and 31s on it buy the time i get it on the road, its had all the brakes done, including lines and wheel cylinders no emissions equipment which is a +, flowmaster, the interior just needs some work, this truck belongs to my aunt and uncle and having expirience in buying trucks, i went right to my aunt and asked her what she wants for it, she basically said thank god, she said dhe doesnt care how long it takes me to pay it off, just get it out of here my the end of the month, so i think i found a good one
