Question explorer pros,cons
I am in the market for an explorer 4x4 ,95-01,I was wondering what to look for,good bad etc..4 door or sport.Any input would be great.I currently have a 95 and the trans is toast,needs bands not going to fix it.

Just my opinion....why settle for poor access with a 2 door?

The 2 door is alot cheaper I dont have kids so getting to the back seat doesnt really apply

If you can spring for a Gen III (starting in '02), the ride is MUCH better.
