Question Seat Covers

I want to add new seat covers to my 2005 F250 SD PSD. Managed to burn a hole in driver side seat. Darn ciagr! I am trying to find a way to get the adjustable headreats off. I have been looking for some sort of unlock pin but so far no lcuk. Does anyone know an easy way to get the headrests off? Thansks.

I'm a pro at chevy's, but the fords can be similar. Look at the square bases from the drivers door, you should notice a small (1/8") hole in each. I like to use picks, but an awl will work. Push something small into the hole and you will feel the headrest unlock. Hold up the unlocked side while unlocking the other. It's a skill that takes a dozen times, but once you have it figured out you can snap the on/off in second.
