Put the truck in first gear and tilt the steering wheel all the way down. Grab the dash panel just above the guages and pull toward yourself. It takes a little bit of force but it will pop out, then work your way toward the passenger side. You can pull the panel out far enough to get behind it and unhook all the wiring harnesses and pull the whole dash out, or just depress the 4 tabs that hold the light switch in it's place and push it out.
