power window switches options
I am in the process of putting power windows in my 86 crew cab. I am looking for switches to go in the doors. I need to get switches for all 4 doors they need to be flat and a master switch for the drivers. Would be nice to have a auto roll down for the drivers door like on the newer cars and trucks. Any suggestions??

go to the local autoparts store and ask to see the HELP! section. it is the name on the products. they have the flat window switches there. single button, double button, and four button. no auto roll that i can recall. while your there checkout the whole section there are tons of little things there that you never thought you could get. and be sure to ask the counter help to veiw the whole catalog not all stores carry the switches in stock but can be ordered on the next truck with no extra shipping fee. im not knocking lmc here but there pricey. you can go get these they wont be an exact match as factory but really close and much cheaper.

My biggest thing with LMC is the lack of an idiot at the counter. I have the part no. So I get exactly what I need. I agree on them being a little pricey, but when they are 10 min. away (for me) and I tend to want my part NOW, it is a convenience thing. The help section I agree is great, and a little cheaper for sure.
