Anyone ever do a lift with air bags before? I would like to put a lift on but it would be nice to be able to lower it to stock height at a push of a button. I have seen them on cars, offroad 4x4's, and in the rear of superduties. I would like a 4-6" lift that can be lowered back to stock for towing and other times when a stock height truck would be nice, like pulling in a garage. Any advice or links to kits you know about would be great. Thanks
4mil called it. The Kelderman is one of the better system's out there. There are also several companies like the Texas trailhaulers that custom build the trucks which give you ther kneeling feature. This is really nice if your hauling a 5ver or towing a lot. Have you done a search for "AirRides"? That should give you several options.

What would be the rough guesstimate on the pain inflicted on a back account for one of these setups? I got a 32ft 5th wheel, and while my truck doesn't NEED the help in the suspension department, it could USE it, if you know what I mean.

Gunner15a, do a search for Airlift Road Tamer if you are considering something like this. The Road Tamer can be had for about $2K plus "8 to 12 hours installation"
I'm still shopping, but the Kelderman requires removal of the underbed spare and replaces the hitch receiver with a Class IV (10K). With the Road Tamer, I keep the spare under the bed and retain my Class V (15K) hitch receiver.
