O2 sensors???

and while im at it, where is the fuel filter and how easy is it to change for someone with decent ability and knowledge but not expert by any means?
and another thing, earlier i asked what the hp ratings for 88's were and i read 270tq, assuming this is correct, why would my truck be not putting out anything close to that?
EDIT: ill add another, whats the curb weight for an 88 xlt?
