4x4 Won't Engage
I've recently had some experiences this winter where I've engaged 4x4 and it will not "go in" with the turn of the dial. Its like it doesn't catch and makes a grind noise. When I brought it into local Ford Dealer, they said something abou it being the hubs trying to auto engage on the 2004 but not getting a tight seal or something. Anyone else experience this? In some occasions it goes in OK but it seems to depend on the amount of snow or cold.
I am still under warranty until later this year but figure I can't replicate this until another winter....I don't want this to get by w/o getting fixed.
