New Fuel Return Lines
My injector kit for my 7.3 arrived today from Taylor Diesel. I'm impressed. I received cloth braided over vitron? line, clamps, tees, o-rings, and copper injector seals. Good deal for $27.95 plus shipping. I am debating whether to pull the injectors to see how the tips look (wet,corroded,etc) or just leave well enough alone and use the copper gaskets some time if and when I change the injectors. I'm not LOOKING for something to do and the truck runs SUPER. What are your thoughts,opinions? Thanks. Tom

If it runs smooth, doesn't smoke at idle, and you don' t have any loud injector clacking noises leave well enough alone. My old injectors always started with a cloud of smoke, so if that is not happening, don't mess with them.

Thanks to the input of all you forum participants, I saved quite a bit of money by purchasing the Taylor Diesel kit. It is a good quality kit and the engine runs super since I installed it. Thanks again to you all. Tom
