solving rattling interior problems
I love my 95 Eddie Bauer, but the rattling has to stop. My door panels creak like crazy, the side moldings rattle over the smallest bumps, and the dash groans. Has anyone solved these problems with something simple? I've been mulling over some simple solutions, looking for some feedback. One is to squirt a little silicone caulking at the points where the squeaking is worst. Another is to maybe wedge some thin weather stripping type material between parts that rub, some thing rubbery that won't make noise. I want to do this without removing body panels if I can because last time I did that I ended up with even more rattles and squeaks. Any ideas?

Your ideas are good one. Weather stripping can work great and can be wedged into lots of places. I seem to recall there's a bracket which commonly fails on the '92+ trucks for the dash, causing the dash noise you describe. I've also just sunk more screws into my door panels to hold them against the door.
Also remove all the cheesy trim which covers up the bolts for the rear top. It all makes strange noises and is unnecessary.
