I have searched the forum and found a few ideas for my problem, but I wanted to clarify exactly what's happening.
On random occasions, the engine feels like it hesitates at around 15-1800rpm. It feels as if you are letting off the throttle slightly, when I know I am keeping constant pressure while accelerating. I usually run the 80hp DP Econo Tune, but it seems to do it in any setting. Any guesses?

Well, Depending what has already been replaced on your rig, It could be a number of things, I have not exprienced that myself. But, I have heard talk of a throttle petal position sensor somewhere by the accelerator petal. Is it a short miss-and-jerk hesitate or is it a smooth gradual hesitate that lasts for a few seconds, min, ??
Does kinda sound like the pedal assembly. It is going to be hard to catch it with a test if it is very intermittent but you can check the voltage feed from the pedal sensor and see if you can catch it dropping or not responding when you push it. PM me your email address if you want the voltage chart and wiring schematic.
