clutch / trans problem...

hi
my f150 is giving me problems again.
i have a manual 5gear trans and a 5l v8.
when engine is cold, i can put in gears without any problems.
when its in operation temp, gears wont slide in easily. i have to use force, sometimes i even have to gear through from 5th to 1st to get 1st and 2nd working.
also, when 1st is in, and i put the clutch and release a bit and engage full again, clutch seems to stay sliding and gears wont go out easily (and are not able to put in again, i have to do the procedure i described above)
but when i stirr the shifter leftrightleftright gear will go in again.

first i thought maybe the clutch cylinder (above, the "giver") may be defect. but it isnt, its building up pressure normally. also, the "taker" is not leaking. i have bleeded the system, all fine.

so whats my problem? any clue?

how's the area on the firewall where the clutch master cylinder mounts? you may be experiencing "firewall flex." do a search basically the firewall weakens and the sheet metal flexes rather than depressing the plunger on the clutch master cylinder completely. ford has a kit out to fix it i think. do a search. lots of info on this site about it.
