veggie oil
If i just buy a heated fuel filter do you think this will allow me to just pour the veggie oil in my truck and it will run or do i have to have a heater in my fuel tank?

NO. it will not get hot enough and probably make your pump work to hard and fail. I have a totally separate Pump and system. the only place the fuel meet is in the rails.
