2000 Expe surging under hard acceleration.

I recently noticed under hard acceleration, surging. I was thinking it might be either the traction control system or it's ingition. It's ALWD/4WD 5.4l 4r100 tranny. Any thoughts?

Fuel filter/fuel pump?
