rattling noise
ok its been going on for a while now, but everytime i hit a bump there is an annoying rattling or squeking noise up front by my winshield (inside) i seems to be coming from where my defrosters are located...i dont know about you guys but my dads 04 f350's interior is not as nice as mine...we both have xlt's...but it sure does seem to be put together much better...everything looks and feels really cheap...o well maybe its just me!!!

It wouldn't suprise me abit if one of those $85/hour laborers forgot to tighten a bolt or put a push pin in. Something to try is, get out a phone book and set it on the dash while you drive. If you put it in a spot and the rattle lessens you'll get an idea of it's location.
Or, get a can of spray insulation foam and go to town under the dash.

I also have a slight buzz type rattle in the center of my dash on my 06' F-350,,,going about 50 mph,,I can hear this sometimes,,touch the center of the dash near the defroster,,and it stops ! Is kind of annoying, Just have'nt really had the time or nice weather to mess with it.

yeah it annoyes the hell out of me but with the radio up and the g/f bit*cing about everything under the sun helps deadin the noise ...i dont know which is more annoying the sound or the g/f...
