keyless entry???

has anyone installed a factory keyless entry keypad on the door?? i would like to install one.

I think your VSM has the option to use the wireless keypads offered by ford. You peel and stick for the install, and then program it like a keyfob.

Yep you have to get a stick on one. I got mine off ebay for about $60, it should come with the programming instructions, otherwise I still have them somewhere.

VSM is Vehicle Security Module. It houses the factory keyless information/hardware.

Has anyone purchased a 3rd party keyless entry pad, or do you need to purchase the Ford Remote Keyless Entry KeyPad ?
