Im lookin to stroke my 302 to a 347. I have a 1995 ford 4x4 f 150 302 EFI, If i stroke my 302 what will that do to my fuel injection, what would i have to change or would it just be easier and more sensible to go to a carb??

As long as the EFI system uses a Mass Air Sensor you shouldn't have anything to worry about. The computer will adjust for the increased air demand.

This is mostly right.
The EEC needs to know displacement since it calculates load based on a known displacement value. Airflow into the engine and the resulting MAF reading willkep air/fuel in the commanded ratios, but load will be incorrect which will lead to the incorrect spark values being pulled from the wrong cells in the spark table.
