Fast startup
I have a 99 F150 with a 4.6 and it was not starting in cold weather so I replaced the IAC from napa. It cured it and now it has began reving to about 2300 RPM at startup for a couple seconds then coming back down to 1000 and bouncing to 1500 for a few more seconds. It will do this everytime cold or hot. any suggestions.

The revving to 2300 is normal. Instead of having a pressured oil system when you start it, it revs to build oil pressure and get the oil moving to all the parts. Some aircraft engines have a hot start and it's for the same reason.
