4.9L Running Rough
I have noticed here recently when in fourth gear and at about 45mph the truck is kind of hesitating and seems like it is missing. Whenever I step on the gas or in any other gear I do not notice the problem
I am wondering if my timing is off what should it be set at?
Or might there be another problem that I should look into.

Timing should be set at 10 degrees btdc with the spout connector removed. I would also look into spark plug wires and cap and rotor. Usually a miss under load is a case of bad ignition from the distributor right down to the plugs. It wouldnt hurt to check the plugs too.
