Lift kit

Hey Guys,

My buddy has an 02 Navi and he's looking for a small lift. He says he's searched high and low and can't find anything. Anyone lifted their Navi's or have a suggestion as to where to get the stuff ?

Thanks

...i have the same problem....
have a 98 Navi and i search a 4" lift kit.

But i think, the only way is a conversion of the air suspension with coil spring (like that: http://www.strutmasters.com/Lincoln-...xn44-1-bun.htm)

Here in europe, you won't find any things for the Navigator and most US-stores don't like to ship to switzerland...hard work to do.
Same thing as searching rims (i'm searching for some 15 " to put 33x12,5x15 on it) hard work...

Help would be nice... ;-)

You can get coil spacers at autozone for 55 bucks and just adjust torsion bars at front , the coil spacers will get you from 1 to 5 inches of lift in the back (5" if you put on top and bottom of coils) and up to 2 inches in front with torsion bar . if you want more check out fabtech , rough country or maybe just a body lift .

if you have the air ride suspension then all you have to do is adjust height sensor and torsion bars do a search and there is all kinds of ideas floating around about this

Yes, that i know. I made it on my Explorer to with longer Shekel, torsion bar twist an modifyingt the air suspension in the back. so i get about 3" and it was no problem to drive with 32x11,5x15 on 10x15 BS-43.... But the ride after the modification is harder....

For the Navi with airride the only problem is: when you are countryside and have a electrical problem with the suspension, the airride will go down. And when the tires are bigger than serial, you won't drive anywhere.
For my the only solution is a complete, good lift kit.
And: a repair of the airride system costs more than a conversion kit...

Thx for the tip of the lift from the Exped. I will search for them....
