i have a 78 f-150 with a 351M it has a 2150 2v motorcraft on it. is there any good reason that i should switch to a 4bb carb? the truck runs good but most people i talk to think i need to go bigger. is there a place that has pics of a complete 351M with all the parts on it i.e. emissions and things people usally take off?
a 400 is what i hope to this this summer see i really lucked out in the truck department my not so smart brother in law had my 78 when he went to move he hooked the battery up backwards and thought he fried everything. he was giving it to the junk man for 200 even thoguh 8 months prior he paid 2000 so i talked him into giving it to me free. oh yeah that electrical mess just fusable link off battery started right up. then i took my car into the dealer to have some work done and went home with a running for mostly parts 79 good deal huh.
