idle surge...
just rebuilt the carter single barrel on my 300-6 in my bronco, and now i have a bad idle surge....ie...rise/fall of idle speed...i hafta tap the idle every so often to keep it idling a little higher so it don't just up and die on me...any ideas??

i don't know if the choke works...i may try and put something together for a manual choke....it's got an electric choke on the carb, but my buddy that helped me with the carb rebuild was doubtful that the choke was in working condition...he didn't really explain himself on that, but said we could probably make something work if i need it in the future....i'll check for vaccum leaks, too...thanks...
