In Dash Nav/CD Changer Aux Input?
My fiance has an '07 Escape with the factory nav and external CD changer. I was wondering if there was any way to add an auxiliary input (not iPod controller). What product, if any, would be the best for this? Thanks!

I have heard of a new product release FD5? i got this from XM radio online store tech dept its supposed to be specific for 2007 can-bus radios w/aux button dont know if it will work w/nav or who makes it but I think it may be TERK, sorry I can't be of more help.

2007 Escape with nav radio uses acp communication not can.If you get a converter to play satellite(has to be aftermarket the factory sirius system does not work with this radio) you will likely have to give up the changer.If you decide to get a converter your radio plugs are the same as 2000-2003 focus plugs.Hope this helps.
