question to identify a module

I am trying to indentify the module mounted to the right of the radiator, between the radiator and the battery. On my 77 250.

I know the electronic igitition Duraspark II module is on the left fender, but not sure what this module is that is next to the radiator. This looks similar to the ignition module, it is about half the size of the igition module, it has four wires going into it in a flat connector, and just below it is a condensor shape thing that I am guessing is a noise reduction.

Thanks in advance,

The main thing to learn is there are different systems that are specific to themselves that come together to form the end result in the operation of the vehicle.

ie:
Starting system
Ignition system
Charging system

For example when you're at the mall and the engine won't crank and someone comes up and says: "Maybe it's the alternator"?

That person is an idiot and needs to leave.

another says: "maybe it's the Carburetor"

That person can join the other.

We're here to help so don't be afraid to ask
