Anyone here from Arkansas? I lived in McArthur prior to joining the military. Hunting season is just around the corner and Myself and my Bronco are itchin' to get back into the woods.

Dad retired there out of the Air Force. I've lived at LRAFB and in the Searcy-McRae area. Nice place. Sometimes the horse's butts outnumbered the horses (mainly in McRae) but I had a good time in Searcy. Would probably still be living there if I could find a job that paid. (And if I could stand that damn humidity.)
My old man was Air Force, he has been at LRAFB sice i was 3. He is almost retired now and lives in Cabot. Real nice town. I would still be there now if i did not join the Coast Guard.
Born in Hot Springs (a loooooong time ago), lived there till early teens. I grew up around the trees, mountains, lakes, ect. and took them for granted - never realized how beautiful they were till I moved away. I still own some property there but don't get there often.

My husbands family is in Arkansas (Booneville, near Ft Smith) we went back there for a reunion and it was great fun. We have been thinking about going back after he retires from the Navy, but who knows? It is still a little ways off...
No, i do not live in Arkansas, I live in New York State, we have something in common. Please take Hillary Clinton hunting with you.....the accidental hunting accident ratio is not high enough in this state.....please, please, take it back!!!
poor you, I think now that you have her you should keep her...and her miserable hormonal husband. Do you know how hard it is to get rid of a clinton? lol
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 09-Dec-02 AT 01:03 AM (EST)]I got drunk at a strip club in Fayetteville and stole a flag off a law office downtown, then proceeded to wave it back and forth while screaming the national anthem. When I got to the bar, I broke the stick off the flag and draped it over my shoulders like Rocky and went inside. I can't believe they let me in! If a cop would have seen me I would have been arrested...
I was in AR for 4 days and I had a great time. The women were almost too friendly, the beer flowed and the scenery was cool. I would go back if I got the chance. Not at all what I expected...:7

Oh, and I still have the flag. It's in my front bedroom window.
