glove compartment handle broken
My glove compartment stopped opening. I don't feel any pressure on the handle when I try and open it, nor do I hear anything moving so I think the rod(or whatever) disconnected from the handle. I thought it was locked and tried the key(which worked fine before then), but when I pulled the key out the lock cylinder came with it. I pushed it back in and still can't open.
Is there a way to get in besides taking off the dash? I looked underneath but there doesn't seem to be a way. If I could stick a screwdriver in and unlatch it somehow I would. I don't want to force it and break something or crack the dash though.
