Surging at stop lights

Surging at stop lights
I have a 04 crew 6litre, that surges at red lights when stopped and foot on the brake petal. This also happens when I,m under lite throttle But as soon as you raise engine rpm,s it dissapears. I have heard this might be the ICP module,any suggestion would be great.

i also have an occasional loping when im at a stop with my foot on the brake, im gonna try and put it in park and see if it stops? my truck doesnt do it all the time and there isnt anything that i can pin point it to? its been doing it since about 7k miles and now i have 21k, but like i said it doesnt do it all the time? im stumped i dont ant to bring it to the dealer for somrthing that dumb until it starts getting worse, mine is just a real quick bump in rpm and only for a second?

Slowmans - take it in and let the tecks figure it out as it is under warranty. Mine did this and it just about quit 150 miles from home. Nursed it home but took 5 hrs to get there. unhappy wife.
