I know you want to get all the parts so you can do the job and be done with it.
I'd take it apart and take the old parts with me when buying the new stuff, just to be sure.
Don't forget to resurface the flywheel, that's going to cause it to be down more than a day anyway...
And pilot bushing, throwout, pressure plate, check those u-joints while the drive shaft is out. And hey, is your rear main leaking?

What trans is it? If it is the M5od then the 10" & 11" both fit, go with the 11" it dosn't feel any diffrent on the peddle but to me it seems to be a little easier to control the truck when you have to feather the clutch.
